1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Order Verification: For your security, we may verify certain orders before processing. This may cause a slight delay.

  • Custom Orders: For custom embroidery or bulk orders, processing times will be communicated during the consultation phase.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.


2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We ship across the United States and internationally.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Carriers: We partner with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Standard international delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your package ships.


3. Shipping Rates & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Domestic (USA):

    • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99.

    • For orders under $99, a flat rate of $9.99 applies.

  • International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. The Wanderlust is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at zhuxiang9108261@outlook.com if you notice an error.


5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Damage During Transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zhuxiang9108261@outlook.com with photos of the damage and packaging.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows a lost package, contact us and we'll initiate an investigation with the carrier.

  • Delays: Delivery times are estimates. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
